We RETURN AND REFUND POLICY We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is free for approved returns. Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. If an item is clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase, it is not eligible for return. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired item. EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL If your order is being shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Our 30-day return policy provides an additional return period beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
